He certainly knew his subject, presented it with enthusiasm and energy and kept participants very focused. The folder each participant received contains a wealthy of information presented in a very user friendly way. I request a copy to put into a board library and will encourage members to use it.

As you know, I wear many " board hats', have attended many workshops over many years. December 20, 2010

Thanks so much Gael. this looks good. We could use this for the volunteer supervisor's final evaluation of the student at the end of the term. Looks straight forward and quick to complete.

By the way, I took my student to meet Tracy at the Historical Society yesterday and it went very well. I think it's a great opportunity for the student to learn a lot in a really supportive environment. Thanks for that suggestion. This week we're introducing the 4 of them to Mae Bachur, the Salvation Army kitchen and thrift shop, the Food Bank, Kwanlin Dun Health Centre and Sundog 1st Nations art studio this week.

The more variety we can give them, the better is their skill development and exposure to the diversity of what's out there. If you have any more opportunities we could expose our group to, that would be appreciated.

Keep up the good work, you guys! What you do really improves the quality of life for us all.

Marie
