This workshop is intended for NGO Board members and staff who are struggling with basic financial managment of their organization: it's "Finance 101." What kinds of
financial information do Board members need to request from staff and what do they need to do with it?

Jan has been a Treasurer and Director at Large for several NGOs and has worked
in government Finance for over 20 years.
