Finding and Keeping Board Members - Find out more about how to recruit and keep great board members, and examine your board's responsibility for its own development and renewal.

Board Roles & Responsibilities - Learn more about the role of your board, how to clarify individual responsibilities, and the value of job descriptions. A useful workshop for old and new board members alike.

Strategic Planning - Where are you going, and how are you getting there? Find out more about the steps in the strategic planning process: from planning, to implementation, to monitoring. This module will also look at the Board's responsibility in the process.

Policy Development - Develop policies so that everyone who works with your organization knows the rules. Discover what type of policies your board should be developing and how to go about it.

Effective Board Meetings - Make meetings work for you. Understand more about the stages of the meeting cycle, components of effective meetings, and different decision-making processes and styles.

Evaluating Success - Learn the four areas of evaluation every board should be involved in, as well as the importance of measuring your own board's effectiveness. Gain new tools to help you evaluate your work right away.
